01About these terms

These terms govern your use of ToolFlow, the visual flow builder at gettoolflow.com (the “Service”). By opening the builder or using any part of the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

If we add accounts, paid plans or new capabilities, the terms in force at the time you use them apply, and we will update this page to match.

02What ToolFlow is

ToolFlow gives you an open canvas where you can arrange blocks — triggers, API calls, AI agents, callable tools and outputs — and draw the connections between them. With it you can:

  • add blocks from the palette by dragging or clicking;
  • name each block and fill in its configuration fields;
  • connect blocks to one another, and attach tools to agents;
  • save your design in your own browser and export it as JSON.

It is a design and planning tool. A flow you build is a description of an integration, not an integration that runs.

03Design only: nothing runs

Today the Service does not execute flows. Nothing you draw is sent to the APIs, agents or tools referenced in your blocks, and no request is made on your behalf.

Because of this, do not treat a flow as evidence that an action happened, a message was delivered or a record was written. If execution is added later, we will update these terms and the “last updated” date above.

04Your flow designs

You own what you design. Your flow — blocks, connections, names and the values you type — is saved in your browser’s local storage on the device you use. We do not keep a copy on our servers.

Exporting writes a JSON file to your own downloads folder. Clearing site data, or moving to a different browser or device, removes your saved flow, so export it first if it matters to you.

You are responsible for everything you enter into a block, including URLs, parameters and sample payloads, and for having the right to use the data they contain.

05Keys, tokens and secrets

Do not store real API keys, tokens, passwords or other secrets in block fields. They are saved as plain text in your browser and appear in any JSON you export.

Use placeholders such as {{MY_API_KEY}} instead. If a credential is ever exposed, rotate it with the provider straight away.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to others;
  • attempt to break, disable, overburden or reverse-engineer it;
  • scrape or harvest other people’s data, or interfere with our systems;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities;
  • misrepresent your identity, or imply our endorsement of you or your work.

07Third-party APIs, agents and tools

The endpoints, models and tools you name in a block belong to other providers. Their terms, pricing and availability govern their use. ToolFlow is not a party to them, does not control them, and is not responsible for what they return or whether they are reachable. When you eventually wire a flow up, you are the one making the call.

08Feedback you share

If you send us ideas, suggestions or criticism of ToolFlow, we may use them without restriction or payment, as long as we do not publish anything you have marked confidential.

09Intellectual property

The site design, wordmark, illustrations and code are ours or our licensors’. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own work.

Please do not resell, white-label or mirror the Service. Open-source components keep their own licences.

10Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may limit access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken. Nothing here stops us from improving the product.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ToolFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost flows, exports or other data. Our total liability for anything arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — zero if you have not paid us anything.

Some places do not allow these limits; where that applies, they apply only as far as the law allows.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not affect any right you cannot contractually waive.
